“5 stars food, 1 star service. The food is amazing, my husband and I eat here at least a couple times a month, usually more. Staff could use improvement. I called at 8:05 and was told they were closed. Because something about daylight savings? (That's not how DST works....) The phone is constantly busy, making it impossible to order. Or they'll just let it ring endlessly without answering, even though its hours before they close. Ridiculous But the food is amazing so we keep going back.”

“I have always been satisfied with grand wall. I just tried ordering from them from waitr. They must have been fast because I got my food ordered and delivered to my door in less than 45 minutes. “I enjoyed my visit here. The employees were attentive and friendly. The dining room is very modern and really nice. They have 4 self-ordering kiosks. I’m glad to know that they’ve added a new feature to the kiosks: Now you can opt to pay at the kiosks or in front at the cash register. This is good because the kiosks have often failed to print a receipt after running out of paper. Food was hot and coffee, as always, I’d very good. They have a drive-thru and there’s ample parking outside. This fast food restaurant conveniently sits on a corner lot so it’s easy in and out.”

“Excellent service from friendly employees (shout-out to Novia). The “Asian cuisine” part of their name is appropriate as you will find Japanese, Thai, and Chinese dishes. The sushi was enjoyable, and the Thai Basil Chicken was flavorful; the Banana Cheesecake was delicious. The hot green tea was just the perfect beverage to have. They have so many good dishes on their menu to be enjoyed. The dining room was clean and nice with the ceiling lights that change colors. There was uplifting music playing in the background. There’s ample parking outside and it’s easy to notice their restaurant from the road.”

“I usually do not like to leave bad reviews on a restaurant—I work in the service field, so I empathize with workers who work any type of customer service job because it can be a challenge depending on the customer. However, I ordered breakfast from this particular location. I had to wait about 20 minutes for a worker to finally take my order, and I was okay with that. WHAT I DID NOT LIKE IS THAT THERE WAS ONLY 1 WORKER WORKING DURING BREAKFAST—1 WORKER!!! I understand cutting labor because of slowness, but ONLY ONE WORKER whom happened to be a shift manager was working while also trying to operate their system—apparently the store was having some systematic issues. That was the reason for the long wait. It is just down right ridiculous for Wendy’s to get away with that. I felt so sorry the worker. However, she was very pleasant and gaves customer service despite her situation of only being one worker. The three stars are ONLY BECAUSE of the kindness of that shift manager.”
