“Hate to give 3 stars, but it is what it is. I've been here countless times and half of the time it's been good and half was bad. Half of the staff is nice but the other half are kind of rude. When it's busy, service is slow as hell. The place is sometimes not clean either. But other than that, good place for what it's all about. Also, the drive through can be SUPER slow and they get my order wrong a lot.”

“This is one of the hidden gems of Shreveport! I am not usually one for hot tea but branching out here and trying some, was the best food decision I have ever made! The blueberry tea is absolutely outstanding. The service is exceptional and the food is absolutely stellar! “I was the last customer last night and Miss Choyce was so sweet and made me fresh coffee even though the other workers did not seem to want to be there they tried to give me old coffee! I've been staying at the hospital with my friend and it is right down the road and I've spent a lot of time at McDonald's lately. They have always been really nice and the restaurant is always clean. Good job”
