“I grew up in New Jersey outside of the Philly area and moved to Louisiana about 20 years ago.I have had a lot of sandwiches that said or called it a Philly....Not even close...They put a Jersey Mikes it here in Shreveport Louisiana about 3 years ago.I can honestly say that their Philly is by far the best.I got frisky one day and ordered a Pizza Steak .{It has spaghetti sauce and provolone cheese on it]..It was wonderful.I order it every time I go in there now and I think you should put it on your menu.///They should call it the Cassario after me,Tim Cassario...I love it.”

I’m not very afraid of covid but if you post hourly cleaning in the window and every table has food leftover from previous people are you truly cleaning?
