Today is the 3rd time we have gotten old stale shrimp
tempura. Last visit should have been last time.
Went in, order bowls and asked for fresh cooked shrimp. Worker said no, there's some left and couldn't cook any more. So we left.
Today we ordered online and again got old shrimp.
The bowls are too expensive for rice, a few veggies and one stale protein.
I use to get tofu, it was always out so went for shrimp. Really disappointing that a customer isn't worth keeping just by cooking a few shrimp. -

(May 25, 2020, 4:58 pm)Wasn't a great experience today, but the food was good. We received an email with a 20% discount for Memorial Day, but she forgot to apply the discount when she ran our card. So instead of applying the discount, we were given 15% off coupons which can be used anytime.
Again, food is great and we will be back. We know times are tough right now with all the new procedures, and surely, new employees.
