Fuji Japanese Steakhouse

Passing through and decided to go with this place as the menu looked really good. It was very flavorful and tasty. I had the Mardi Gras roll and the crawfish was seasoned well and the sauces were great. My boyfriend had the poboy roll, which he is usually particular about, but he loved it! Definitely would recommend and if we pass through again we will be stopping again!

I love it there and will definitely go back! Their selection of sushi is good sized and the food itself was absolutely delicious!!! I'm still wanting more right now! Our waiter was extremely nice and helpful when asked what sushi is best. Over all 10 out of 10!!!

I love the dinner and show effect. Our cook kept us entertained and laughing. Growing up we are taught not to throw food at my brother so it's nice change to see the laughs this brings. Great food amazing staff

This restaurant has insanely good food. Whether you're getting a kitchen cooked meal that comes out ready to eat, or a Hibachi lunch cooked right before your eyes, the food is amazing. I have eaten here countless times, and every meal is just as good as the last. So far, I have no complaints for this place. Definite 5/5.

I must say the new program they’ve implemented with regard to all you can eat sushi appears to be successful. I for one enjoyed it the menu is straightforward and easy to navigate with a adequate selection of appetizers and Sushi to choose from. Our waiter was exceptional, drinks stayed full and the food fresh. Our experience was memorable and we do plan to go back. I did take issue with one area that need significant Improvement and that was the cleanliness of the facility. As you can see from the pictures we were seated in a booth with obvious signs of a leak from the roof area. This had caused the ceiling tiles above us to become stained and possibly moldy which goes without saying is a big No-No in the restaurant industry. These particular tiles or cheap and can be purchased at Lowe’s and replaced in under 5 minutes. Frankly that kind of negligence is unacceptable in the already crowded sushi heavy restaurant area. I plan to update this review in the coming months and we’ll make note of any improvements made.
