We went to cafe mimi after some coworkers recommend the restaurant to us. It normally opens for lunch but recently it opens for dinner as well but only in the weekend (Friday and Saturday). We got the spring rolls ($5 for two) which were the best in Baton Rouge - they were very delicious. I got the pho with beef and my husband got lo mein with beef, shrimp and pork as our main entree. I really like the pho which is on the same level or better than Saigon noodles. The lo mein in my opinion is okay and my husband likes it. They don’t have a lot of vietnamese option like broken rice, spicy vermicelli soup, and braised beef stew - but they have a lot of Cajun options which I would like to try more next time.

Overall, we will come back for more.
