Chipotle Mexican Grill

I love Chipotle. But today was not a good experience. I ordered a sofritas bowl. I paid 16 dollars. No big deal until I get home and notice that the bag is leaking because employees put to much food in my bowl. I almost dropped my food on the cement. Luckily, I was able to salvage it. Portion control is important. Otherwise, my visit was fine!

Nothing remarkable and yet nothing bad. It was near closing time, but energy and enthusiasm of staff was still great. Smiles, attentive. Heck, I may have gotten a little extra food, which is always nice. Maybe my second time ever at this chain nationwide. Selection of add on veggies is sparse for my taste, but still it was good.

The line is always out the door if that tells you anything! It's always been a nice portion. Lately I have needed to ask for more of everything, otherwise it's not enough food- even for my little 6 year old. My favorite is a veggie bowl. Both beans and both rice and peppers and onions, corn salsa and guacamole of course!! I would like them to go back to making nice size bowls, so I can take some home for the next day! The place is not ideal if you want to have a conversation, as it is noisy inside.

The food was better than the food from the Chipotle back home in Texas... but minus one star because the parking was sub-par.

It is good food if you are in a hurry, and still want something healthy.
