Burgersmith

I have been a few times and it its always been good. Once I had a rather subpar meal experience, my order was not accurate and the fries and burger overcooked. However, Harrison the manager apologized very genuinely and when I went back he gave me complementary meal which was deliciously perfect. Every business makes mistakes, but it’s nice to know that when it happens the managers here care and strive to rectify it. Thanks.

During this pandemic, all employees were wearing masks and gloves, and there was hand sanitizer readily available. The food was hot and fresh, as usual. The staff brought the food to my car when it was ready. I highly recommend you visit and support them!

Very cute interior and attractive menu. The service was second rate and it seemed that the young waitress was distracted by something else besides work. We ordered and got our food in a reasonable amount of time but the flavors were just bland and not really unique in terms of any sort of personality. Not sure if this can be fixed without some major changes.

This is the first time I’ve experienced this... a table of 6, we all got different burgers and a few large baskets of Smith Fries. Everyone at the table said the same thing at the end of the meal.
“That was the best burger I’ve ever had AND those are the best fries I’ve ever had”. That is truly a significant event.

The beef is extraordinary here, the turkey burger is one of the best in town. Everything with Smith seasoning is awesome!

5 stars!! Everything at Burgersmith is Fantastic!!

Burgersmith does have good burgers and sides. I had the Smith burger with Coby Jack and bacon, of course. The burger is flavorful and the toppings are really nice, the bun really makes the burger big. I would love an option for a thinner bun.

The butter garlic fries are on point, don't change a thing there.

Overall a good meal.
