I could eat at Panera everyday. The food is amazing. The Chicken Caesar Salad and the Chicken Avocado sandwich are to die for. And the bread, OMG, the bread is wicked delicious.

I used the drive thru and so impressed with the full menu on display. The man greeted me but I asked for a min to look at the menu. He allowed me to ask questions and the ones he didn't know the answers to, he told me he didn't know but found out fairly quickly. He also offered the upsale of a bakery item for $0.99, I said "Surprise me" and he did (with a cinnamon roll). I drove to the window and the lady took my card. Everyone was super friendly. I did have a momentary wait, possibly for my order, but nothing outrageous. The one drawback was I ordered sweet tea and discovered it was unsweetened. Service was excellent, food was good, over all a pretty good choice.

Great customer service by Serenity! She was so kind and thoughtful by giving us drinks on the house. My family had been traveling for a while and her gesture speaks volumes about her character and this Panera in Baton Rouge.

Food was prompt and delicious. Just what I'd expect from Panera.

This Panera Bread is nice location. The staff greeted me with smile. The staff is friendly and helpful.
