Buffalo Wild Wings

Okay here goes I have been dining at Buffalo wild wings on Bluebonnet for probably the last 10 years or since they have opened. I particularly loved their wings and the services are almost always good but I don't know if it's because of covid-19 that they have to get untrained staff but service last night was not at its best the bartenderwhich I won't go into details but she basically had us wait 30 to 35 minutes for lemonade and water when she only had one table but the manager on duty made sure we was taking care of make sure all of our food came out hot.but I do believe that Buffalo wild wings need to work on training their staff better for serving customers if you can't serve a restaurant or a few people how are you going to handle when it's a crowd. ?

I usually go just around lunch and get to-go orders (even before the pandemic), and the customer service has always been great. Food is always accurate and made fresh. They've done right by me every time.

I'm giving it a 4 only because you basically can't hear nothing once it packs in a bit. Need better speakers and/or acoustic upgrades. If I wasn't going to watch a particular game, then, it would be a 5-star review. Food is always good to me. Never a problem there. The restaurant has been updated since my last visit and it looks great. Projector screens are never that good IMO, so I'd rather look at the TV's. My waitress today loosened up after a while but it would have been nice if she was smiling and more energetic from the start. I recommend going. Good for friends or family!
