Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Raising Cane's already goes above and beyond, but the employees here deserve extra special thumbs up. I drove up close to closing time, exhausted from the workday. I was not in a good mood, I just wanted to get my food and go home. I was greeted with the kindest call my sweetest voice. I growled my way through my order and I was thanked for placing it. At the first window, I was still a little grumpy, but the employee did not take it to heart. They must have seen how tired I was. By the time I got to the last window, I was in a much better mood. No matter how grumpy I was, even though I knew I wasn't taking it out on them, they must have known too because they didn't take it personally. They were never anything but kind and professional. They even gave me extra ketchup because I asked for it.

The food is exactly what you would expect of Raising Cane's. Their motto is not one love for no reason. The chicken was hot, crispy, fresh, juicy. The fries were hot, fresh, not too heavily salted. The toast was perfect. And Raising Cane's is the only place you can ever be 100% sure you're not going to get a nasty fountain drink because they make sure they change out their boxes and their canisters. Thanks a bunch crew! Y'all Rock!

Good hot fresh chicken, long wait in drive thru cant slam them that as it was just after noon.

Order is always right. Friendly service. Sometimes a bit of a wait on order at window during peak times.
