“Went through the drive-thru. Let me start with the customer service. There was no greeting, just a "hold please," then a "go with your order." The lady was rushing us with our order, and the location wasn't busy. When I went the window to pay, the guy at the window provided adequate service with a greeting and exit greeting. I ordered an iced Chai tea latte. The chai tea latte was pretty good.”

“At 10am it was still pretty busy. Decided to go in became I needed to use bathroom. It was very clean and fresh smelling. Ordered a Bacon Gouda sandwich and a tall white chocolate mocha at 130 degrees. Order was received at a decent time frame for how busy it was.”

“I was having a bad day, forgot my wallet at home twice with my cash. I don’t always have it on my card because I’m not used to carrying it. Thank you Saivr (I hope I’m addressing the correct girl) - instead of telling me to move out the drive through / made a big deal or made me feel like a burden or bother- as I told her I forgot my cash. she smiled and said “it’s okay I’ll wait. It’s fine. I know how it is sometimes.” As I hurried to call a friend to cover me. It took less than 3-4 minutes (thankfully they were still making the sandwiches) but it was a panic attack for me. And a lot of pressure tension and social anxiety. I was able to get my pup cups and breakfast. And thanks to her I didn’t feel bad for it!! It’s the little things.”

“Place was nice and clean. Employee was friendly. What I originally wanted was not available, so I decided on the Frappe. You can tell a lot of ice is used to blend because after a few sips I was left with a cup of frozen ice. I paid $6 for a small. Kind of a waste of money. First and last time going there.”

“This is one of my favorite places to get coffee because they have some of the best. I love their Velvet Ice. Most of the time, I get the Vanilla Protein Velvet Ice because it's not only delicious but helps me keep up with my protein. Their baked goods are also delicious. My boyfriend loves their chocolate chunk cookies and so do I. Their brownies are also amazing.”
