“My husband, bestie, and her husband went to this location to celebrate our friendship. She was trying to show us a delicious restaurant that had good memories attached to it. We were all very excited to treat ourselves to such a luxury that we made reservations in advance to make the experience seamless. When we got there, for some reason our reservations were lost. We were sightly disappointed.. All four of us could pull up the reservations on our phone as proof. The hostess then left to get the manager and returned with the manager & a police officer in tow. There was a large group of people behind us that made the scene a bit embarrassing. The manager did seat us and fix the issue. Regardless, the food and waitress (Kitty) were freaking amazing. As for never eating there before, we were really excited that the appetizers were sized to share and we got to sample a lot of local favorites. The main courses were in a league of their own as well. Everything was largely portioned, flavorful, and promptly served. The food was delicious but due to the quite memorable experience beforehand, we probably won't be back at this location. I *do* recommend this chain if you are interested in trying Cajun food.”

“I went to this facility at 11:45am. When I arrived, no one was at the counter to take my order. There was an associate sweeping the dining area floor. The asst manager was behind the counter. She never addressed me. After about 3 minutes, the associate sweeping the floors came around the counter to take my order. After a couple of minutes, the asst manager put a bag of food and drink on the counter. When I didn't take the food, she asked what I had ordered. My order had two drinks. She reached over and prepared the second drink and pushed the bag and drinks in my direction. The burgers were made according to my order. The fries were warm, not hot. The facility was clean.”

“I've gone collectively 30 times to Popeyes over the last 10 years. More recently, than I used to. For one item, The Spicy Chicken Sandwich, to which I understand the hype. It's terrific. The customer service is hit and miss, but I suspect that comes from a combination of things. The majority of my "3 star" rating comes from the choices of sides and overall offers in comparison to competitors. I DO enjoy Popeye's chicken better than I do Church's or KFC, but I enjoy their sides MORE.”
