“Big Boss is a truck stop directly off the interstate in Livingston, LA. They have a wonderful hot breakfast menu to choose from, as well as amazing lunch finds- my favorite is the cheddar-stuffed jalapeños. The service is great- everyone there is extremely nice and helpful. My true issue that makes or breaks any place is the ice served there- I’m totally addicted to eating it! Big Boss has two types of ice- regular and small cubes of ice that are only good for eating. So, yes I love this place and am relieved that it’s so close to my home!!!”
