Lasyone's Meat Pie Restaurant

Was lucky enough to try this place for lunch on a weekend getaway. In the heart of the historic district, plenty of history to see. The restaurant is old and established. Home of the original meat pie and it did not disappoint. We tried like 4 appetizers....all were great. I had the country fried steak, delicious. Highly recommend for nostalgic purposes and the food was done right. Only drawback was no alcohol. Loved it!!!!!

Used Lasyone’s for catering a meal during a RV rally. I can’t say enough good things about the experience. The food was excellent and delivered right on time. The owner was super to work with in helping me keep within my budget yet still providing one of the best meals the group had. Will definitely go to the restaurant when in the area.

I've always loved Lasyone's meat pies. They're simply the best. My husband and I went for breakfast this AM. I love the man, but he's a picky sort! Well, Lasyone's omelet had him raving! Said it's the best omelet he's ever had! My breakfast was great, too. And the service was good. Our waitress was courteous, friendly and timely. She was hustling! Thanks Lasyone's, for the great start to our day!

Always worth a visit when in the area. Definitely worth the drive and the wait. The is hot and tasty with friendly waitstaff and family atmosphere. The building is mature but the food is great. Do yourself a favor and stop in for some of the best food in the area.

You haven't visited Natchitoches until you've eaten here. They're famous for their meat pies, as they should be. Absolutely addictive. But save room for the bread pudding. Everything here is good, and affordable. Our server was super nice, too. It's all good at Lasyone's.
