What can I say? One of few restaurants in New Orleans that I’m actually passionate about. The food and the staff both make me feel amazing every time I’m here. Never had a bad bite. True artists at this joint

Never a disappointing experience! From the Bao to the Noodles, I've always enjoyed the flavors and the food. Take a chance and try one of their daily specials, especially if it's a whole fish dish!

Bao & Noodle is incredibly tasty. Their homemade Dan Dan noodles are indeed something to write home about and every single dish they serve is delicious. They had a cabbage appetizer special that was truly astonishing, especially considering I don't really like cabbage. The food is delicious and is perfectly complemented by the tea (I recommend getting it at the beginning of the meal, because it will last), and their selection of beers works really well with the food. The price is definitely worth it, and you can get a very filling meal for less than I originally expected. Highly recommended.

I ordered cumin lamb with hand pull noodles and tea salad with 2 amazing IPA beers
Only qualm I have is there could have been a little more lamb. Wasn't too spicy at all which I was worried about the spice

Open kitchen concept is my favorite no messing around here.

The was better than expected. The atmosphere was great and homey. Definitely would recommend this place for a cool date or a get together with friends. Byob is always cool as well. The waitress was cool polite and down to earth.
