This is a locals hidden gem restaurant that's you need to visit while in New Orleans. Meats are freshly cut and prepared just like in an expensive steakhouse when you order. Our pull pork sandwich was very tender and perfectly seasoned, the hamburger meat was fresh, perfect balance of fat and beef, topped with chimichurri and fresh pickled vegetables on the side. The owner did an excellent job not only explaining the concept of the restaurant and the menu but also making recommendations for local places to visit.

Meat centric plates. Don't go here if you are in a hurry. It's a one person show. He's cooking, serving, and clearing.

We had steak and eggs, and the pulled pork sandwich. Both were rich in flavor and cooked properly.

Cool place! Comfortable and down to earth. The staff was knowledgeable, funny and interesting. The food was great, different, and well priced. They have a house french red wine that is awesome. I cant find it anywhere though!

It is a small, limited seating counter bar with beer and wine. The owner/butcher/chef is a one man army, whipping delicious food up from scratch. Be prepared to wait and watch as he takes everything from scratch and creates a delicious meal made from love. Ask about the "white sauce".

Nestled smack-dab in the center of hipster Central in the marigny is this unassuming butcher shop restaurant set up that is basically a funky wholly unassuming space decorated from thrift store hauls, dedicated to meat and cheese. Wow I wasn't a fan of a lot of the things on the menu I think everything was pretty good, and certain items exceptional.
