Rally's

I'm giving it 3 stars, for being what it is. I go here knowing though when I'm around, but I almost always question the decision. Everything just is, foods alright not warm not cold. Same goes for the staff in my experience. It's cheap, I can walk up or ride to the window. It's grimey, I looked inside and it needs some cleaning and work I'm sure no one is trying to do. Signs are crooked, they blow away put back just enough to exist. That's how I feel about this place, but it's never made me sick. Probably boosting my immune system if anything. Not health food that's for sure, going to say nothing organic or free-range. If you need quality and aren't the kind of person that eats off of food carts (not trucks, carts) and places with questionable hygiene this isn't going to be your spot. Not saying that the staff isn't hygienic, I honestly don't know. Can't see where they make it. If you want nice and wiped down or even a toilet look on either side, front/back of this building and you got options. It will cost you, but it's probably worth it.

There's places to eat outside. People often ask for change and I got a guy who for sure was living rough something, he was friendly when asking and genuinely seemed to appreciate it, just asked was for a simple item.

It exists, in a way it's good it does. It could be better or it simply is, what it is.
