    Working in the area and I tell you with Ann's opening for breakfast is a lifesaver. Nothing else in the area is open at 4 in the morning. Warm welcoming environment. Texas toast with bacon, sausage, egg and cheese omg.. Thanks ladies we will definitely be back!! Oh and did I mention free coffee ☕️ on the house....we've told coworkers about the restaurant also they're coming also!

    Food always hot and fresh. Porkchops are delicious and wings aswell.

    Exceptional...5 Stars 🌟 isn't enough!!
    Trust..me if you have the time to wait, please be patient. My advice call ahead for convenience.
    "You can't rush good food"...as the 2 chefs would
    Kindly let you know... A hidden gem with two of the most dedicated ladies as your host's. Phenomenal food 😋 and sometimes dessert is unknowingly inserted with the order. On the house 🤗 a nice surprise. And, if you know the food is amazing, I'm here to tell you, homemade desserts. Y'all don't say I didn't tell Y'all...

    I love coming to Ann's , always welcomed in, it feels like going to eat at grandmas. The food is amazing (you have to try the hot wings) . there's a tv if you want to catch up on the news and its never really loud so you could actually go there eat and have a conversation.
