Chick-fil-A

Kids working the drive thru need to be retrained on customer service. Very rude! Acted almost inconvenienced. One of the girls directed me over to almost completely on the curb and blocking handicap parking! When I told her I did not want to block the handicap parking she shook her head and walked off!?? When I asked what they recommended on the menu, a shoulder shrug was all I got. Learn to say thank you and have a nice day. Not very hard to do.

Food is always hot and fresh, but they need to rezone the drive thru lines. Cars come from two different directions and merges into one.

The service taking our order was fast and pleasant. The food was so fresh and good. I love Chick-fil-A. Constructive criticism: please let people know when they are making an order that they will have to wait 15 minutes or more for the food that they chose to order due to not having any ready. That would be very courteous to your guest. They chose fast food for a reason because of time usually. We were on a road trip and still had 3.5 hours to go. I would have ordered something else if I knew ahead of time what the wait would have been for grilled nuggets. Also, please place a garbage can on the pickup lane side. People have garbage that they need to throw away on there way out.

So I forgot to add my points on my app:( but no worries I was able to add them later via my receipt!! Love Chick-fil-A!!! They have the original and the BEST chicken sandwich around!! My niece and nephew were here from Texas during the holidays so got all the kiddos chicken minis for breakfast! I love their fruit cups and the kiddos enjoyed the chicken minis!! ?
