“Great atmosphere! Loved the vibe! I ordered the burger and it was great. However, my husband order the soft shell crab sandwich which wasn’t great at all. It was pricey and the bun was super small. The crab was not crispy but soggy. Fries are extra even if you order a $20 soft shell crab sandwich! We went for 1 PM on a Sunday and got seated right away but waited over an hour for food. The appetizers were tasty but the portion sizes are small. Definitely enjoyed the view and the play area for kids but overall service and food wasn’t great for price.”

“Great restaurant, food and service. We started the evening in the bar where the drinks were delicious and the service was great. We moved to the dining room and had a great view of the Tchefuncte River and the sunset. The service was great as well as the food. We cannot wait to come back and dine here again.”

“What a nice setting and even though it was drizzling out, there's just something about dining by the water. Omelettes, a side of eggs for Darcy, and a chocolate milk for me finally took care of my brunch craving. They are not currently doing table service, but everyone was sweet and they even brought Doodle a bowl of water. ??”

“Okay so first we came here on accident. The restaurant that we were going to was closed. But we found this little gem in this beautiful little town. The staff will go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Their mixed drinks are so well made. The food is exquisite! I did not have one thing I didn't like! The the atmosphere of the place is perfect. To whoever reads this. Give this place a shot. You won't regret it!”

“Brunch on the porch was wonderful! The service was superb! I loved the French toast and my friend had the Cajun Benedict and really enjoyed it. They took extra efforts to accommodate my allergy and I had no issues. Thank you for a wonderful morning!”

“Cozy little pizza place with a very nice staff. Well, we only saw 1 person, but she was very nice! Cute place with fun decor. Would've gotten 5 stars, but the pizza was good, not fantastic! We will be back. Great prices, good food, great service. Wish 4.5 stars was an option.”

“I wish I could give it more stars. The old-fashioned that I started off with was excellent. Kudos to the bartender. The turtle soup was excellent. My wife's shrimp remoulade was okay. The remoulade sauce wasn't as strong a flavor as we prefer. The busboy took the bread that remained a little bit early in my opinion before dinner arrived but I suppose that's normal. Our steaks were cooked medium rare as ordered. Mine however had one of those stringy tendons or whatever you call it throughout. This made it difficult to chew and I had to keep pulling the meat off of these little strings and putting them in my plate. I sat in stunned silence when the busboy took my old fashioned before I was finished. I suppose the fact that my tea had arrived gave him the opinion that I was finished. In my opinion it wasn't even a close call just by looking at what was left in the glass. And if you ever have an old-fashioned and you're like me you look forward to the cherries that come at the bottom. The au gratin potatoes were good though it wasn't our preference of type of cheese but that's our own opinion. They were good for what they are supposed to be. For the type of restaurant it is and the food and service we received I couldn't give it any more stars.”
