“I love the black pepper shrimp. I don't think it's on the lunch buffet. I think it's only available as a dinner item. I particularly like the vegetable tempura that's available at lunch. They have an authentic tempura batter that's very light and it compliments the vegetables, which is usually green string beans, sweet potato, broccoli and I believe another one. Their onion rings are fried in the same batter. They're delicious, especially when they first bring them out to the buffet. I love their blue cheese dressing. It's the best I've had anywhere and the only blue cheese dressing that I like. It tastes great with iceberg lettuce. They have a good selection of self-serve ice cream for scooping. I wouldn't recommend getting the buffet for takeout. It's not by weight and the containers are very small. If you fill another container, the price is the same as if you were eating in, so you would be paying for two full buffet meals. You can still order from the menu if you're in a hurry and just want takeout. They have a good selection and the price is reasonable. The vegetable tempura and black pepper shrimp are my favorites.”

“The atmosphere at Brickyard Hollow exudes a casual and laid-back vibe, which is exactly what you would expect from a brewpub. The moment I stepped inside, I felt welcomed by the cozy and inviting ambiance. The establishment's attention to creating a comfortable space for patrons to relax and enjoy their food and drinks truly stood out. The combination of traditional pub favorites and creative twists on traditional pizzas ensured there was something for everyone. Whether you're in the mood for chicken wings or fries or looking to explore more adventurous options, the diverse menu offerings are sure to satisfy your cravings. As for the craft beer selection, it's clear that Brickyard Hollow takes great pride in their brews. The variety of styles available catered to all preferences, and the quality of their beers impressed me. The fact that they offer seasonal and limited-edition brews demonstrates their commitment to keeping things fresh and exciting for their customers. Overall, if you're in Brunswick, Maine, and looking for a brewpub that offers a delightful blend of craft beers, a creative menu, and a relaxed atmosphere, Brickyard Hollow is definitely worth a visit.”

“Absolutely delicious. Had the fried chicken and tofu buns and they were both phenomenal - possibly the best tofu I've ever had too. I wish I had taken pictures of of them because the presentation is also out of this world. Can't wait to try them all!”

“Went in on Friday evening, great food! The burgers are delicious. The buffalo wings are very meaty and juicy. Cool vibe, this place is a great addition to my home town. Oh! Can’t forget the pool tables and a few top bar games to play as well. Definitely check this place out!’”

“Two years ago, we first stepped into this restaurant when it was known as Maine St. Steak & Oyster under different ownership. We loved it so much back then that when we found out it was sold and turned into Maine St. Bistro we had to come back and check it out — and I’m so glad we did. Maine St. Bistro gave us an unforgettable dinner experience from the moment we stepped inside. The restaurant is quaint, cozy, and fancy, but not pretentious. It’s quite welcoming. The service was top-notch; our waiter was not only friendly but also attentive. While the menu wasn't extensive, it offered a nice variety – during our visit, it ranged from seafood and pork to chicken and risotto. We started with the baked brie and beef tartare and both were delicious. The brie came with these yummy raisins that were to die for. For two people, it was the perfect appetizer. However, I do wish they hadn’t used the same crostinis for both apps. For our entrees we had the MSB Burger and the fall risotto. The burger was juicy and my partner couldn’t get enough of it. I enjoyed my fall risotto. The presentation was beautiful. My only wish was that the portion had been a bit more generous, especially considering the $26 price tag. To accompany our dinner, we selected a bottle of Argentinian Malbec, and I was happy to see that not all the wine options were astronomically expensive. All in all, an amazing dining experience in Brunswick and we cannot wait to return!”

“This a great spot to grab a good glass of wine and build your own charcuterie board. The selection of wine by the bottle is also always great and usually has some gems at reasonable prices you can't find elsewhere.”

“Fantastic! Best pizza ever in their special Italian style oven. Service great 👍, friendly and helpful. And the crust with butter they offered! And if that's not enough we ordered homemade pasta to go. When head man Matt heard this he insisted on giving us an uncooked portion in case reheating wasn't good. Well, both were wonderful. Don't miss this gem including their entertainment events. We're regulars.”

“Our impromptu date night happened to coincide with opening night. What a treat! We sat at the bar and thoroughly enjoyed a craft cocktail and selection of small plates. Everything was excellent and the service was great. They appear to be well staffed (not always the case in restaurants these days). They are still ironing out a few kinks, but they're already nailing the big stuff. We highly recommend trying it!”

“Everything about this bakery is amazing. I have had celiac for 25 + years and the scones, muffins and breads we purchased are the most moist and delicious items we've ever had that are GF. Plus the vegan and other alternative options are great. Although I'm in MA I'll certainly travel to Brunswick ME again for more treats!”

“Every time I go here they are on point. I had a feeling I was gonna like it but didn't expect how much. My wife's one of the pickiest eaters ever I got her a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and she's got a new favorite. The reward program they have is good as well already got some free food out of it. With them fresh slicing everything to order with the prices they have I can't see Subway around much longer. As an update to this after some times passed I still love it the whole crews still awesome and I go here like twice a day sometimes. I've gotta get into a 12 step program forreal...”

“After a few delivery wrinkles getting started, they now smoothly deliver our healthy meals timely. They are wholesome and delicious. One always has options. There is a also a different type of bundt to choose each week. But they will need to expand dessert options in the future. Their record of excellent and candid communication is appreciated.”

“This review is better late than never, because if you are interested in dining here you are going to have to wait until this fall, as Embark was a seasonal pop up brought to you by the folks who own and run The Dolphin Restaurant and Marina. The last weekend was 3/27. But if your willing to wait, you will be well rewarded. The food, start to finish, was simply spectacular. Excellent craft cocktails, wonderful appetizers, amazing main courses, and delicious desserts. Honestly, one of the best meals we had anywhere. They are very pandemic conscious, and we felt confidante enough to eat here two weekends in a row. Ask for the chefs table, the work that goes into each dish, the presentation, is really something to watch. The owners closed the restaurant for now, but definitly plans to reopen after the Dolphins season has finished. So mark this on your calendar. You can thank me later.”

“Amazing restaurant, one of the best in this area. Went here a number of times in college, great for date night, dinner with friends or parents, and they even have a room for larger groups. Foot is great, fish and chips, vegan nachos, burger, and the bolognese is the highlight. Drinks are good too. Service is consistently excellent and they've helped me with special requests before (thank you Sean!).”

“Enjoyed the first visit there ordered a glass of wine and chips and salsa. Easy going atmosphere and interesting layout. The bowling lanes are next to the restaurant area so it can get a tad loud depending on when your there. Good menu and food options. A fun place to go with friends.”

“this place is definitely Maine amazing people I bought my first sailboat from a expert sailor stationed out of this marina he taught me to be comfortable with sailing the boat (he didn't have to) and Paul's did everything they could to help me (way above and beyond) to make sure I was safe including contacting me as I traveled from Maine to CT to make sure I was safe I can't say enough about all of these people they went way way beyond. When I lose faith in people I just think of every person at Paul's. I can't thank Pauls enough they really helped my dreams of sailing come true and I can't wait to return”
