“Interesting mix, I think the owners share an Irish & Central American love of food in this quaint basement hideout! We've enjoyed the Tex-Mex food several times over the last couple of years. Usually there's no wait for a table, and the service is good. You either walk down a flight of stars at the front or rear of this restaurant. . . has a cozy "Cheers Bar" type of atmosphere, with a plethora of neon signs (beer brands) on the wall. Our group of 4 seated quickly, with a server telling us the list of beers. I'd like to see more of the darker beers. Everyone in our group expressed pleasure with the different entrees. The fish tacos were fresh, my wife loved her salmon, I usually order the combination fajitas! I was disappointed they didn't serve shrimp as an option. The steak strips were abit too thinly cut, and over-cooked, but the chicken was perfect. My friend ordered enchiladas and was pleased! Over a good experience and good service.”

“Okay, I realize the name speaks to their super pizza and it is definitely super but, I ordered their veggie burger. Anyone who eats veggie burgers knows that it is "hit or miss" when ordering a veggie burger. To me, it was a grand slam! It was delicious! I LOVED IT! It was also clean, and busy. A good pizza place usually is busy especially in a college town. Simply decorated. Ready for kids. There's a bar if you prefer that. Right on Maine St so visible. Maine St can be busy so plan to walk a short distance if you're going during the busy hours. Fairly priced. We loved it!”

“Well, one of the guys working was having a hard night, I guess and “couldn’t find” our order, but when the delivery guy came back he just asked for the name of the order and he turned a corner, finding it immediately. Don’t know their names, but the one on top of their game was appreciated. Quality of the food and the delivery guy’s kindness made up for that bloop.”

“I’m a Bilateral Amputee and having only 2 Handicap parking spots in the upper lot does not meet code to the size of your facility. To make that even more insulting is to allow an Ariel lift to be parked in one of those spots on a weekend. Front desk says it’s been there since Tuesday. “The cakes are delicious. They will decorate, so not only are they personalized but they taste good too. There is no crisco in their frosting only real butter and cream cheese. Only butter is used in their pie crust too. They use fresh local berries and you can buy a jar of preserves/jam of whatever berry is in season. The fresh bread is something I regularly buy now. It's so good. Lunch is never disappointing. Fresh side green salad or fruit salad with the quiche. The potato salad is delicious. They tell me that the secret ingredient is balsamic vinegar. Gives it a nice color too. The atmosphere is relaxed, colorful, welcoming and homey. They helped me figure out what was needed for an event I was planning and let me bring my own bowls to be filled with the fresh fruit salad Sandra made for me so we would not have to use plastic containers that are bad for the environment. Maggie picked fresh flowers from the window box to decorate my cakes with. They treat you like family and make you feel right at home. Lou is always ready to help you with a smile at the register. I love that the kitchen is open, watching the magic happen and the ladies team work is inspiring. This really draws you in and makes you want more of whatever deliciousness they are serving. “My Mom and I stopped by to grab a few Lobster Rolls to go. Very few places selling Lobster Rolls in Maine get it right these days. Miss Brunswick Diner has been doing it right for years. The mandatory basic three of a great lobster roll are : fresh picked lobster, lots of it, and a toasted roll. Check! Jane, the owner for 21 years, stands by her bold “(Possibly) The Best Lobster Roll in Maine” Advertising sign out front. We agree. Plus, she includes hot crinkle cut fries and home made Cole slaw. All for $20. Can’t beat that. Didn’t stay for the great atmosphere, but could almost hear my Grandfather and his buddies talking & laughing at the vintage counter stools from way back in the 1950s. You need to go.”
