Burger and fries very good, free burger for my dog. Salad with grilled chicken okay. French onion soup good. Service good. Food served quickly. Not crowded like a lot of Bar Harbor restaurants appear to be. Reasonable prices and nice atmosphere.

Had a great dinner here after enjoying Seal Harbor Beach. The seafood is fresh and delicious and it's perfect for kids as well. We had fried clams and stuffed haddock and I highly recommend both. The server/manager is incredibly friendly and helpful. I hope to come back!

While this was our second choice for tonight's dinner, it was one of the best surprises we've had in Maine so far.

Bartender Jason was busy but very attentive to all his guests and proved to be knowledgeable about everything on the menu. He recommended great local beer and delicious meals for the family.

Children's haddock was tasty and delicately crunchy. It was also the biggest kids meal I've ever seen.

We adults had the creamy, tender seafood platter on a puff pastry (sorry, forgot the name) and the juicy, lightly grilled halibut (you can also get it blackened with Cajun spices).
Even the bread was fresh, crunchy, yet soft and served with scrumptious home-made honey butter.

The portions were huge, but we fought a good fight and finished everything. Prices are expected to be higher but it's not a high end restaurant. Instead, I would call it a cozy, well-decorated bar where locals and regulars come to meet.
