Boothbay Boothbay harbor Bristol Damariscotta Waldoboro Wiscasset

Ports of Italy

Address: 47 Commercial St, Boothbay Harbor, ME 04538, USA

Restaurant

“We were walking around looking for some good food. From the street we could hear Frank Sinatra songs and lots of voices floating in the night sky above our head. We wandered up a large flight of stars to a packed restaurant. The wait was very short so we decided to stay. A small bar of about 10 to 12 was full. The greater was pleasant and maybe full of wine, ha ha. We had a nice little table at the front where we could get a peak of the harbor. The waitress brought us a bag of hot bread with oil. Several of the wait staff spoke in many italian words unfortunately my second language is French. Never quiet understand why people continue to speak to you in another language when you so obviously do not have a command of theirs. We had homemade pasta with seafood which was nice but it could have had more seasonings. The salad had sliced olives which seemed a little skimpy. All in all we left full and happy. Friendly little place.”

Tugboat Inn

Tugboat Restaurant

Address: 82 Commercial St, Boothbay Harbor, ME 04538, USA

Restaurant

“Ended up downstairs and stumbled on a fun little piano bar scene. Many locals took turns singing and playing along with piano player. Food was good. Server was outstanding as she took care of entire room of almost 50 people, including the bar, by herself and still got food and drinks out without major delays. Very enjoyable experience.”

Paul's Steak House

Address: 50 Sugar Maple Lane, Boothbay, ME 04537, USA

Restaurant

“This restaurant has served, hands down, some of the consistently best, and most inventive, meals I've ever had the pleasure of enjoying . . . definitely the best filet mignon ever, along with other incredible bites. The wine selections are delicious too, and even if you don't golf, it's worth joining the club just for the monthly wine tasting dinners. As well, the service has been amazing, so it surprises me to see anything but a 5 star review. I am very certain that if anyone were to have a complaint, and they mentioned it to staff at the time, it would be addressed immediately. The restaurant is open to the public, except in high season, and in that case, you can dine equally well at the beautiful Coastal Prime ocean side restaurant that is affiliated with the country club.”

Boothbay Harbor Country Club

Address: 50 Sugar Maple Lane, Boothbay, ME 04537, USA

Restaurant

“This is truly an outstanding golf course. The greens and fairways were in perfect condition. It's challenging but fair, even for average golfers. Fairways are fairly generous, greens are fast but really roll true. The staff were welcoming and courteous. First class course, first class facilities.”

Pinkham's Gourmet Market

“The Best of the Best.....great Seafood and Steaks. They have been in business for a long time and Russell the owner is a wonderful local man who will go out of his way to get you exactly what you want. His deli knows how to make the best sandwiches in the Region.”

Watershed Tavern and Brewery

Address: 4334, 301 Adams Pond Rd, Boothbay, ME 04537, USA

Restaurant

“Stopped by with a friend for lunch today. We sat on the patio with my friend's dogs. Nice environment. When our pizza was delivered there were no knives, forks, napkins, or grated cheese. We had to leave the pizza on the outside table to go into the restaurant and get them. The server said she'd show us where they were. Would have been nice if the person who took our order told us to take set-ups, or even better if the server offered to get them for us. The pizza was mediocre--not a lot of flavor and not hot. Lots of other options in BBH.”

Boothbay Craft Brewery

Address: 301 Adams Pond Rd, Boothbay, ME 04537, USA

Restaurant

“Great dog friendly microbrewery. Also excellent pizza. We had the freedom pie and it was awesome. We loved the addition of the edible flowers. Also, the chef was very gracious in adjusting my egg allergy concerns. Not something I find in a lot of places. She even brought out the ingredient list for the dough to show me.”

Cozy's Dockside

Address: 36 Cozy Harbor Rd, Southport, ME 04576, USA

Restaurant

“Really, really enjoyed our experience at Cozy's Dockside. Service was great, food was great, but we really loved the location. Building is very nicely decorated and we were lucky enough to be there on a beautiful day and sat out on their deck seating. The view of the harbor was fantastic, very quiet just a great place to enjoy a great meal. We even had the pleasure of seeing a line of sailboats come into the harbor while we ate our meal. We certainly plan on being back to Cozy's in the future!”

Oliver's at Cozy Harbor Wharf

Address: 36 Cozy Harbor Rd, Southport, ME 04576, USA

Restaurant

“New Management for 2019 season, now called 'Cozy Dockside'. If this is your first time here, expect an overpriced sandwich shop with a great view and good service. If you've previously experienced Oliver's ... expect to be disappointed. Gone are the pasta and seafood dishes, gone is the on-tap beer (everything is cans/bottles now), and gone are the stylish dishware and cloth napkins. Food is served on metal tray and, while tasty, is overpriced and poorly presented. A $16 fish taco entree came with 2 tacos and a bag of potato chips. The milkshakes looked good though.”

Sprague's Lobster

Address: 22 Main St, Wiscasset, ME 04578, USA

Restaurant

“Amazing as always! No lines, plenty of room to park and plenty of seating room. The lobster rolls are super full and delicious! Once you try it, you will never go anywhere else.”

Red's Eats

Address: 41 Water St, Wiscasset, ME 04578, USA

Restaurant

“Worth the wait! The line is long but moves fast. A real lobster roll and the fish and sweet potato chips are awesome. $24 each lobster is a fair price, the amount of lobster is insane. You won’t regret it.”

Sarah's Cafe & Twin Schooners Pub

Address: 45 Water St, Wiscasset, ME 04578, USA

Restaurant

“Good local place with comfort food and an extensive menu of New England seafood dishes, pizza, burgers and a salad /soup bar. Service is kind of slow because the restaurants are having trouble getting staff in this area these days. The food is good but the restaurant is a bit tired.”

Water Street Kitchen and Bar

Address: 15 Water St, Wiscasset, ME 04578, USA

Restaurant

“Amazing, new restaurant in the perfect location. We drove up from Portland to try this place out and are so happy we did. The location is ideal as you have the perfect water view while enjoying dinner. Service was great, everyone was pleasant and hospitable. Food: Local Oysters so fresh and clean- delicious! Loved the Paella, so good and seafood is clearly fresh, good portion size for 1. Lobster with Cavetelli was really good as well, the fresh pasta was a great touch. Nice amount of lobster in the dish. Decor was really cool as well. Lots of touches of metal and wood that incorporated the old with the new. Manager Shane went out of his way to tell us where the pieces came from (all local from Maine) and how they kept pieces of the old restaurant and mechanic shop to pay homage to the building and local neighborhood. Check this place out!”
