“The food was amazing. Had the pulled pork sandwich. I've never had one with a mustard based sauce before and this was easily one of, if not the best pulled pork sandwich I've had. The fries were good too. Normally I'll use ketchup but these were enjoyable all by themselves. The house made pickles were a nice touch. The atmosphere was cozy. The server was attentive to my needs. I say at the bar and one of the owners was there too (at least I'm mostly certain she was an owner). That was a unique experience hearing about the restaurant and some of different beers. The beer was great. It was release day for Years of Gold which was phenomenal! Really enjoyed my time here and will have to visit again.”

“We ordered food for a family gathering for about 35-50 people, an assortment of ribs, rib eye, chicken, some apps and desserts. Dave and Marcia were there in the AM to greet us when we picked up the food, and took the time to go through the assortments and heat up times and temp. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. All of the food was fresh off the smokers and grills. Everyone at the gathering RAVED about the food, and an order for 35 people more than fed everyone with TONS of left overs. I will be eating moinkballs for breakfast and lunch all week. I would highly recommend Dave’s. The food was amazing and you can tell they really care about their business and customers. Thank you!!!”

“I love the locale. I love the beer selection. The food is great! Been here half a dozen times. I would love to visit more but the single con of the place is too much to overlook. SO LOUD! Whether it’s the house “radio” playing ambient music or a live performance.....IT IS DEAFENING! If you go with friends you can not have a conversation. Just brought the family there thinking we might be able to put our phones down and talk around the table but we could not hear each other over the music. The talent is awesome but hard to stick around when my ears are ringing. Really hoping you might address this... *UPDATE* Stopped in again 8/3/19. SO MUCH BETTER!! I don’t know if it was by chance or someone was attentive to customers needs....but thank you!”

“Arrived at opening, door was locked. I waited with three other parties for about 10 minutes before someone came out of another door and let us all in through the kitchen. Was told they were busy setting up and we're not watching the time. It was seat yourself. Has a nice view of Norway Lake and has seating outside on a deck. Has a bar separate from dining area. Menu was small. Mostly burgers and sandwiches and pizza. It is not that this was a bad place to eat, the food tasted good. It is that there are other places in the area that have more selection and are open more hours. I haven't tried their pizza so might come back for that.”
