Utopia

Off the Charts. Bangor is blessed with a great restaurant community and Utopia is a great addition! They knock it out of the park on all fronts--food, service and atmosphere. The menu is eclectic and everything is good. The wine list is fantastic and tailored to the food. There's also an excellent selection of craft beers. A Med inspired menu and the skill to pull it off is not to be missed. Pricewise this is a great value as this was akin to a better Portland restaurant meal at a far better price. If you are looking for a change in pace and taste, please give Utopia a try.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere! The owner and staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Great variety of vegan options. We’ve been back multiple times now and have always been very happy with everything!

My husband and I stopped to charge our car in Brewer and were looking for a nice place to have lunch. After nearly passing over Brewer and Bangor I spotted this place. Restaurant is recently opened, recently remodeled, and the food is delicious. I got carrot hummus and a shrimp gyro, while my husband got chicken and oyster mushroom shawarma. A treat for the mouth and great portion sizes. A lot of local-grown food. As other reviews stated, owner is really nice, knows a lot about food and the area. A lot of care going into this place, don't miss out if you come to Bangor.

Three of us ordered to go meals. It was our first dining experience with Utopia. We had heard it was very good...and it certainly was above expectation!! Every single thing we had was over the top including the choc ganache.
Utopia will be our favorite place to dine. Five

Great addition to the Bangor food scene. Mediterranean inspired menu hit home runs on everything we tried.

Baba ganoush and hummus with pickles, delicious. Braised duck, delicious. Seafood puttanesca, delicious. Greek wine, delicious. Homemade gelato, the best I've ever had.

New place, the owner was on hand and checking in to make sure the experience was perfect. Every person on the staff was incredibly pleasant and the place radiates positive energy.

Great things to come at this restaurant, will definitely be back as often as possible!
