The owner came over to us and made conversation while the waiter (not sure they are called that anymore) who was very funny and friendly took our order and recommended the specials of the morning. “Please read review to see why i gave you guys a great review: Ordered tonight and there were some issues with our order that we placed online, fiance had to wait but he wasn't worried about it since he was able to talk to a friend. He said there was a mess up getting the ticket in which is completely fine. We both have worked in food service and things happen. I'm not much of a meat for a lot of different reasons based on health necessities besides it being ethical or not. The veggie wrap was messed up leading me to believe there was hamburger in it which is one of the hardest Meats I have to eat. We were also missing a side salad and other things. However after calling they completely responded like how a professional business does. They apologized and refunded our WHOLE order despite the rest of the food my fiance had eaten was delicious and their mashed were perfect. They also re made my wrap and got the rest of the items from the order and they're DELICIOUS. To the new girl trying to get used to things: you got this and after some times will get easier To the manager that gave us the refund: you're awesome even though we would have been willing to pay for the stuff we did get And to the cooks that prepared our food, it's DELICIOUS Thank you for doing what you did. You're a great business that obviously cares about your customers. Keep up the wonderful work! Edit: they put a veggie burger in not a hamburger pattie but I have a hard time with the taste matching up to real meat”

“I'm not sure who took my order tonight but she was super sweet and helpful even though i was wrong about the closing time! Was super kind and not testy like you can get from certain places where you misunderstood the open hours. It's my fiances birthday so I got him a lobster Alfredo with extra lobster with a side salad and a prime rib medium rare au jus with mashed potatoes and broccoli. I asked if they could put happy birthday on his lobster Alfredo and they did which was super sweet but my man said you guys also wished him a happy birthday. On top of the food being DELICIOUS you guys helped make him smile by saying happy birthday! Thank you thank you thank you!!! You guys helped him have a great birthday dinner 😊”

“Through Google Maps is how I found Maine -Lee Maple. I'm from Ohio, and usually get my syrup from the Amish area. If I could, I would have Rick's Maine-Lee Maple syrup year round! “Nice place with an awesome view that you might ever get in Orono and Old town. The service was very good and didn’t had to wait much. There were no delay in the service of food as well. The food was tasty but the seafood was mostly fried which I would like to see changed about the place. The braised pork is one of mine and friends favorite but was less in quantity however there were enough sides with that so I give it to them. There were a great selection of drinks especially beers which is also awesome. I recommend this place as one of the best for dinners in Orono and Old town.”

“As a “Mainer” who has lived in the area for nearly my entire 40 years of life, and who has made the trip down Union Street and through Levant hundreds (probably thousands) of times, I have never had a bad experience in this store. For one, always have plenty of options for a family on the road. Two, the staff is friendly, and of course, the owners are hilarious and fun, and their frequent shenanigans are guaranteed to put a smile on your face. Lastly, as for their food - again - never had a bad experience. I have yet to try one of their crazy ice cream concoctions, but they look insanely good. Do yourself a favor and pay attention to what they’re up to - you might get lucky and see Jason in his He-Man suit! 😆♥️”

“This is an ok wash. I'm not sure why washes in Maine are so shabby compared to washes elsewhere. The undercarriage here is really not that great, like most all washes in the area. A wash could become real popular if it were to have a dedicated undercarriage spraybar installed on a dedicated pump, to really blast ALL of the underside of the car off for at least 30-45 sec. But, like this wash there are not really any I've found in the area yet, that have a decent undercarriage cleaning system.”
