Bob's Clam Hut

Perfectly fried calamari, awesome spicy tartar sauce. Chowders were great.
We had clams for dinner at Browns at Hampton the night before... had we known that we would be at Bob's...we would have waited!!! Can't wait to go back! ( maybe later today for ice cream!)

P.S. After we finished the lobster rolls, then we realized this place specializes in fried clams, so we ordered one whole clams, and it was really delicious! A must have!

Delicious, sweet lobster roll, fresh tasting! Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Service was really fast even with the long lines. Clam chowder was good, not as much cream, lighter broth! Lots of other choices too!

Still the best. Generous portions of excellent quality seafood. Where else can you eat a big pile of fried fish, scallops, clams and fries without that sick greasy stomach feel? They are always crowded for a reason. Clean ample sunny or shady seating. Environmentally conscious. No downside

Bob's whole belly clams are one om top 3 clam shacks in New England. Pet friendly is a major plus for me and my wife. Service is quick compared to the number of people waiting for food. Facility very clean and well kept. It's always a welcome to Maine before we start are vacation in Maine every summer.

Best fried clams along the coast! We’ve tried them all, and Bob’s has become our destination for clams, onions rings, and the seafood platter. Yes, it’s all fried; that’s what Bob’s does best! We’re always impressed with the efficiency of their kitchen. During our most recent visit (June 25, 2019), an extremely busy and rainy day, the inside picnic tables were cleared and cleaned very quickly by two hard-working teens who seated us before our food was ready. We had been concerned about getting a table because the parking lot was full and the place was crowded; we were pleased with everything.
