“We drove up to Maine for the day and got some assorted donuts to take home. We were so disappointed when we finally opened the box whose heavenly aroma had been filling the car for hours. They were the most amazing donuts I had ever tasted. The strawberry shortcake was dense, yet light and creamy. The monkey bread was like sampling little cinnamon roll morsales. My husband who asked me not to get him anything took a bite and asked when we were going back. We live 3 hours each way ???????? We are still going through withdrawals. So good, reasonably priced, and an eclectic assortment. It is now on our must stop list when heading north.”

“Great hidden gem. To be clear about some of the other reviews. It's on a creek, near a marsh; near dusk, it's going to get buggy in hot weather. Service is outstanding, friendly and fast. If you enjoy pure, unadulterated seafood, this is your place. Not a lot of extra flavors added. The lobster roll comes on a white hamburger bun (not grilled or buttered). It tastes like lobster! Don't forget to bring your own drinks. Our bring an entire picnic basket and have a great day.”

“We now live outside of DC in VA. We have traveled back to the seacoast every summer for years. I’ve dined at many, if not all of the other local restaurants. I’m far from a professional food critic but I’d like to think I have a respectable sample size locally and nationally and this was perhaps the best dining experience my wife and I have had in recent years. From the upstairs bar, full of light and ambiance, to the spectacular vista of the ocean, to the appetizers, to the main course - exceptional. The fried oyster appetizer was exquisite. Lightly battered on a tasty, light sauce. I’m Greek as well, and take offense to most Greek salad attempts. They nailed it. Great Feta, red onion, tomato. Then, the entrees - Good Lord were they great. Lobster risotto and Tuna. The tuna was a deep red, so incredibly fresh. My wife who is a very particular more skilled foodie than I absolutely loved it. As did the couple we dined with. Far and away the best dining experience on the sea coast. Hands down. No other restaurant comes close. Highly recommend.”

“Decided I'd try this place with my lady friend for Labor Day weekend. Our waitress Alexis was very nice, knowledgeable and helped us choose our meals. Everything came out hot and quick. I was very impressed, but my lady friend not so much... I found out that night she was a vegetarian (something you don't find out on a Tinder bio). So I broke up with her and left my number for the waitress. Alexis if you are reading this text me? 5 out of 5 stars I recommend the pulled pork. It was fantastic.”
