“Customer service has definitely deteriorated since I was last in here. Self service stations have replaced humans. There is self serve ordering next to full service. Very confusing. Sometimes you can get served at the bakery counter and sometimes you can't. I was instructed to join the single line being served by a human. Not 5 minutes later people were getting their bakery orders processed by a person at the bakery counter. This needs to get straightened out. I enjoy going here, but today was not a pleasant experience.”

“What a great spot and it was really great service and food. Everything was fresh and well cooked. We got lucky and were seated close to the large aquarium. I was surprised how elegant the plates were dressed with our food. I ended up doing a steak dish that was so tender and tasty. Parking is good and easy to find.”

My only issue was trying to explain to the host that my dad couldn't have alcohol, and he'll order a long island iced tea and it needed to be alcohol free. “Their triple double crunch wrap is awesome. I also love the new freeze named cherry sunset. Their best tacos are the Doritos locos tacos. I think that the happy hour from 2-5 for freezes to only be 1$ is a great marketing idea and it really allows the consumer to enjoy a cold drink without breaking the wallet. Check this place out on main st in Waterville ME and in Augusta as well, You won’t be disappointed!”

I ordered 2 of the small rolled up tortilla things $1.99 each and they were very thin and had hardly any filler in them. 1 was chicken and one beef. “This is Bowdoinham's one and only store (the closest alternative is about 15 minutes away), so it would be the first choice for those of us who live here... if only they had more to offer than empty shelves :-( I'm rating 3 stars (instead of 1) because the people who work here, including the owner, are great people. I always enjoy the friendly conversations that I have with whomever is working when I visit, but unfortunately, my primary reason for visiting is to buy stuff and rarely am I able to find what I'm looking for (or even something close to what I'm looking for). Since moving here over a year ago, the stock has gone from basic to almost non-existent. It's sad to see because this store has great potential and the locals would love to spend alot more money here... if only there was something worth buying. I hope things turn around. I really do. I'd hate to see the store go out of business, but unless there's an effort made to improve the store's offerings, customers will have no choice but to go elsewhere.”
