Domino's Pizza

This location is great. I was annoyed by the endless loop of promotions that’s played unless you catch the “dial 0 to place your order”. I didn’t want to place an order, I wanted to verify that my online payment had gone through, the annoying website was more concerned getting me registered for an online profile and then informing me that my email was registered but the password was incorrect (it was the one saved for the site). Both issues are complaints about corporate policies and do not/should not reflect negatively on the hard working folks at the Crofton location, though I suspect any corporation that puts promotion ahead of clear communication with their customers to extract a pound of flesh from the staff at the store level at every possible opportunity. The website needs to clearly confirm receipt of payment before urging customers to sign up for their loyalty program/we’re going to sell your contact information program AND the phone system needs to tell folks to dial 0 to speak to someone in the store instead of dialing 0 to place an order. Dominos Corporate deserves a 1 star review, but if I’d posted that here they would skewer the store’s staff.

Every time I order from this Domino’s Pizza I have always gotten not only exactly what I ordered but also met with very polite and friendly delivery drivers. This time was no different. Thank you for being so consistently good.

The online experience was excellent! however, I re-ordered this pizza because it was so good the 1st time, but this one had huge chunks of vegetables and it literally had a totally different taste. I was disappointed. I will go back to my normal order.
