“Easy to order online, and the food is brought right out to your car. I ordered the crabcakes. Real lump and just as good as G&M's! The hushpuppies were good. I wasn't crazy about the dipping sauce that came with them. Based on the other reviews, I didn't bother ordering the cole slaw or potato salad. I ordered a side of broccoli, which was well seasoned. However, I was a bit disappointed that the serving of broccoli was so small, especially since I paid an upcharge for the substitution. Overall, I was satisfied and look forward to trying out other menu items.”

“My favorite Italian spot. Everything is pretty much made in house. Pizza is excellent as is the pasta. Calamari is delicious too. Staff is very friendly and attentive. I love the byob option. Just a good spot. Philly cheese steak is one of the best around. Can't say I have ever had a bad meal here. The regular cheese pizza is delicious and cooked right every time. Mondays are 7.99 carryout special on the pizza. Can't be beat!”

“We decided to make the trek out to Frank and Luke’s from Annapolis after reading the great reviews. We weren’t disappointed at all. The place was crazy busy, but, we got a table right away. The staff couldn’t have been any friendlier and the service was very prompt. Knowing great NY Pizza, I knew I would be quite critical about a restaurant that calls themselves a NY Pizza restaurant. We absolutely loved it. Best garlic knots we ever had, the Caesar salad was great and the pizza was definitely the best pizza I have ever had outside of NY City. This is definitely our new go to place. We love Rocco’s in Annapolis, but Frank and Luke’s takes the prize.”

“I've been to many different Rita's locations and the product is always good. I particularly enjoy their gelati which is a layer custard and Italian ice treat. For some reason many locations are in terrible spots either traffic wise or at the very least for parking. This location is in the front of a parking lot of a very small strip mall. It has its own driveway sort of but no dedicated parking really and it is just before a stoplight but you can actually get out on to the side street to use that light. Again a great product but just poorly located.”

“The pizza is definitely better than the big-name chain pizza places. However, the customer service leaves much to be desired. We usually overlook the semi-unpleasantness but our most recent experience caused me to leave this review and email the corporate office. We tried to order the Black Friday pizza special using the restaurant's app. The app was not working and the online ordering feature was inoperable as well. We called the store and spoke to someone who said he was the manager. He told us that--even though he was (1) aware of the existence of the special and (2) aware that the online ordering feature was not working--he would not honor the special...because we were not ordering online. Even though I tried to reason with him by reiterating that I was PREVENTED from placing the order online through no fault of my own, the only response given was that I needed to send a text or email to share that there was a problem. This is of NO help when I was trying to take advantage of a special that will expire by the time someone has an opportunity to read my email. I still think the pizza is very good. But please do better with customer service.”

“We went in on Valentine's evening and, as expected, it was insanely crowded. That being said, our wait time in minutes didn't even hit double digits. The food is amazing and they have SO much, you'll fill up before you can try all the things you want. Waitstaff was lighting-quick with drinks and clearing plates, and they did everything with a smile. Maneuvering is a little tight as the place is packed and the spacing/layout is a bit tight, but that's literally my only complaint. I loved this place and will definitely be going back.”
