Preserve

Farm to table restaurant with a smaller-ish selection of menu items. Great French fries and the burger (I didn't get a bun) was also fantastic. Others had salads and a BLT. The BLT with the pepper Mayo is wonderful. Also, try the sangria - I thought it was excellent and it came out so cute in a little jar!

Dined here for a second time on Friday. All of the dishes were delicious and service was solid. Short but quality wine list. But we don’t understand why the restaurant has to BLAST music. Preserve is not a bar scene. Customers are sitting and EATING at the bar, not standing around with drinks whooping it up with friends and strangers. My wife and I could hardly hear each other over the music. I also hate the online reservation system which requires you to register on some site I never heard of and takes $20 (I think). Still not sure if this is only charged if you are a no-show. Wasn’t taken off our bill. Would love to return but need to know when one can dine and converse without having to scream.

We visited Preserve last night for Valentine's Day and enjoyed their four course prix fixe menu. What a treat. They serve unique cocktails and the menu is very unique, but we LOVED all of the things we tasted. The only difficulty was visualizing from the descriptions what the dish would look like, but if you can be open minded, you will be amazed by the tastes and the presentation.

While hosting family visiting from the West Coast, The Preserve was selected for lunch. A very friendly knowledgeable staff that explained lunch options and variations that could be done. There was little conversation - we were all enjoying our meal. The burger was quite tasty and delicious, we all agreed that The Preserve was an excellent choice.. Our attendant did a super job and played a very important role in our selection and in the presentation of the meal. Look forward to returning for another enjoyable lunch experience.

No problem parking when eating here. This restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating. The menu is quite varied with extensive. I ordered grilled octopus and it was delicious. There is plenty of food choices for less adventurous eaters. In general, I enjoyed the dining experience. Happy)
