“Absolutely fantastic. I was just stopping by to get a bottle of water and some tool went into hysterics about filing an ADA complaint because he was told to put on a mask. The cashier (a redhead if her boss is reading this) and another employee handled the whole incident with an incredible level of poise, respect, and professionalism. They calmly but firmly insisted without losing their cool or backing down. Nothing highlights the quality of customer service better than a tough situation, and under fire the employees could not have been better.”

“Ordered the spicy red oil dumplings and Fuzhou fish balls soup; my husband ordered the seafood dumplings and a veggie and a shrimp bao; we also got a pot of jasmine tea. Everything was fresh, and cooked in a healthy way, steamed or in water. The prices very reasonable and the facilities clean. They even gave my husband extra dumplings (: We will most definitely be coming back! Oh, and yes, the staff was wonderful, too!”

“So the location is kinda weird. This spot is bigger than the usual Dunkin’ Donuts I go to. Everything was clean and organized. The employees were all laughing and smiling. Service they provided was expected. So far I’ve only ordered an iced coffee from them, only issue was that the sugar was completed dissolved. Overall, not bad. I may come back if I’m around Catonsville. It’s the location that’s just weird - I mean, it’s literally along the highway but smack right between homes.”

“Fresh donuts. Lots of variety. The inside was pretty clean. It was pretty close to closing when we stopped in, so you could tell they were winding down for the night. The employees were nice and all were working, doing various jobs. I would have given 5 stars, except that we only ordered 3 donuts and they mixed our order up. We got two of the type that we wanted one of and one of the type we wanted two of. Not too big of a deal, at least they were the flavors we asked for, lol.. All-in-all I would recommend purchasing food from here. I'm very funny about cleanliness in places I get food from, it's my #1 thing, above correct orders, even friendliness. This establishment was pretty clean! And, as I said above, they looked like a friendly hard working crew in there! ????”

“Stopped in with my daughter for some lunch. Ordered the chicken salad sandwich and a chicken fajita wrap. It was the best chicken salad sandwich I have ever had. No joke. It was stuffed and delicious. Also, the chicken for the fajita was made fresh. Outstanding! Will definatley be back!”
