“What a great find - the picky observer might say this place is a bit worn, but I see charm. Shirley's reminds me of IHOP without the corporate cold shoulder. It's warm and friendly. The staff is like being served a meal by an indulging mother or grandmother. My server Karen was amazing. She was kind, attentive and cared about my experience. The service at Shirley's was highlighted in nearly every review. I can see why. FOOD: I had a great 8oz sirloin with 1/2 pound of popcorn shrimp, large pile of broccoli, coleslaw, thick slice of garlic bread, and two coffees all for over 21 bucks. Price, service, and quality. It's not fancy, but it's what a pleasant restaurant experience should be - the sign says it all (see pic). Try it!”

However, many fruits you find here cannot be found at regular grocery stores. Small and quick service. Just don't go there at peak times on Sat/Sun. It gets super busy.”

“My family orders from here a lot when we feel like ordering out. The food is really good so there are no complaints there. My only complaint would be that they don't do well with online orders. It's better to call instead of order online. And add an extra 10-15 minutes to their estimated time of pick up. He looked at me in the face at least three times while chatting on his cell phone and ignored my obvious gestures that i had a question. “I had to wait for about 7-minutes for some piping hot mouth watering Louisiana chicken from Popeye's (on Baltimore National Pike past Rolling Road). I ordered the special which was three-pieces of Hot chicken and a biscuit for $4.99. The server at Popeye's was very pleasant and patient. The meal was very fresh piping hot and delicious. I recommend this Popeyes to everyone who wants some good Louisiana chicken!”

“I’ve never actually ever sat in the restaurant to enjoy the meal, but I’m writing this review to let people know how great of a customer service you guys always given me. I usually order my food only and head to the restaurant to pick it up. Usually it’ll be on a Sunday morning and there will be this young lady at the register which I forgot her name, but she’s always nice with her greetings and everything and have my food ready at all time. Sometimes food will takes longer than usual to be ready, but that’s understandable seeing how busy the restaurant gets on a Sunday morning. Good job guys”
