Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream

Very cool. Delicious ice cream

Owner and staff are very personable and service minded. While I don’t go very often I was surprised that she remembered me from last visit ~2months earlier. Also treated boys from church youth group to liquid nitrogen demo that both educational and flat out cool (pun intended!) Oh yeah, the ice cream is great too...tons of flavors and various food stuffs to mix in!

Nitrogen ice cream...have never tried so figured why not. Place was empty (Friday night around 8:30), staff was nice and attentive. I ordered the mint chocolate chip kid size (smallest size available). The ice cream was DELICIOUS, but $4.15 before tip for this small size (pictured) seemed a bit aggressive.

We love this place. I like that they have so many options, dairy free, fat free, and vegan. We do love the show of adding the nitrogen to the icecream base. It's so fun to watch. They have lots of flavors and add ins too.

Great first experience here. Not only was the ice cream delicious, but it has the added benefit of enthralling the kids while they watch the ice cream be made. Basically you can custom make your ice cream, it starts fully liquid, and then they freeze it right in front of you by blasting it with liquid nitrogen. My kids kept shouting with excitement since they thought it looked like a big "volcano" happening in front of them.

The staff was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the menu options. They have lots of curated combinations for people who don't want to risk picking their own flavors and mix-ins on their own.

Overall, really liked it and already look forward to going back!
