I think their traditional blend has a nice rounded flavor leaning slightly toward robust without the harshness of other coffee shops blends. “Was pretty let down this visit. First, my husband ordered potato soup and I ordered cream of broccoli. While waiting we were called and told they only served cream Of potato soup on Mondays. Why didn't the person taking our order know that? Then, I was told they just ran out of cream of broccoli. After changing our orders, we got our drinks (self-serve) and they were out of lids. When we sat down to eat, our soups were cold. There was a lot of carrying-on between the employees who were all quite young. My husband spoke to the manager who didn't show much interest. Also, a lot of teenagers hanging inside and outside of Panera. Those inside were quite rowdy and loud. This is all very uncommon. Hunt Valley is a very upscale area and the Towne Center is usually very enjoyable to stroll around. And, in all honesty, this Panera is one of our favorite places to eat. Maybe it was just an off night.”

“First this location is always busy. If you're in a rush forget going through the drive through. It's always backed up. They have two kiosks inside to help you order or you can step up to the counter and order. Up to you. What I find odd is that if you order at the counter, you still have to get your drink cup from where the kiosk is located. I'd recommend going inside rather than using the drive through.”

“I don’t get the opportunity to stop here often, but it is an absolute must when I am in the area. The menu is vast, most items are made on site, the staff is extremely friendly and the main man Chris is ONE OF A KIND. Honestly, interacting with this gentleman for only seconds will make you a better human being. The soups and sandwiches are plentiful and flavorful. The lattes are amazing and I’ve never had a better cheese danish. You will not be disappointed.”
