Jazz + Soju

My first time there! The food was great, especially the chicken wings. Great service and a nice atmosphere.

The atmosphere was pretty cool, I’d call it new wave industrial or “hipster”. The wait staff was great. We got the wings which were amazingly crip. I made the mistake of getting spicy wings (I have a low tolerance for spicy food) mixed half and half with regular wings. The spicy wings were too spicy for me. My mouth was dying. The bulgogi dish my boyfriend got was awesome. We had some top notch drinks and overall it was a great night.

When you accidentally stumble upon a bomb @#! Korean chicken wings spot with parking in time for happy hour and talk to the owner who's really sweet and then find out they have live jazz too!!! ???????? ... Not pictured, the other food I gorged myself on. Ohhhhhh these wings though....Crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside. If I lived closer, I would be here all the time. Can't wait to come back and check out the live jazz. Solid Discovery!

Must try the wings. It was so good. I got the spicy chicken udon for lunch and I was extremely satisfied! You should probably call ahead if you want the chicken wings though because it takes about 25 minutes to make them since they use a special technique! Love the decor and all the jazz. Would definitely eat here again!

I had high hopes of this place and it didn’t 100% live up to it. There were a few issues. I understand they’re relatively new and were busy, but the service was pretty slow. We waited about 20 minutes to be brought water, by the time we ordered food we had already been there for about 45 minutes. It took quite a while to come out, with the wings taking about an hour (25-30 minute wait listed on the menu). I was in a large party, and it took about 10 minutes from the time they brought out the first person’s food to the last person’s. The food was slightly bland, could definitely use more spice, but it was good! On the upside, the atmosphere is very charming— there is live music, their drinks were fantastic. Would definitely go again, maybe when it’s a little less crowded for hopefully quicker service!
