This restaurant recently changed over to new management with a new full Mexican fare without. With respect to the food, the grilled corn and guacamole were great. But the drinks were too sweet. Also, we got the veggie burrito and veggie quesadilla which were very bland and had no sauce. It felt like they had simply steamed the veggies without any seasoning whatsoever. The service was friendly but slow because it looks like they are short staffed. The ambience was good. An overall mixed experience. The prior indies Mexican fusion was certainly missed.
Mexican Indian fusion!! Holy Guacamole, was it good. The flavors just make sense. Try the Indian tacos - I had the chicken, lamb and paneer. The paneer wasn't as good, but the other two were out of this world. They have really cool nacho options too. Give it a go.
My husband and I went to Don Tigre last weekend. We had the best experience. The food was amazing. The Mexican and Indian fusion cuisine is unbelievable! We had the Jalapeno Masala Queso which was so delicious. The spices and cheese went together so well. I got the Chicken Tikka Burrito which was so yummy. My husband had the Chicken Tikka Tacos. He really enjoyed them. The portions were big, which is amazing. The Classic Margaritas were so delicious. Brenda was our server. She was so knowledgeable about the menu. She let us know what she would recommend. If you have the opportunity to sit in her section, do it! We will be back because of her. She made our dining experience truly memorable.
Update: Now that they’ve changed to Don Tigre, we came back to try the new menu—so glad we did! We tried a skinny margarita, queso, tortilla soup, and steak fajitas with corn tortillas. Everything, including the service, was EXCELLENT. The “fusion” aspect was very evident, especially with the soup, which had a hint of lemongrass (I think). It was delicious. Everything was great—will definitely come back!

Really loved this place! Everything was great. We tried the shrimp burrito bowl, taco salad with ground beef, and churros. All excellent. Margaritas were also great! Will definitely go back
Went for dinner and it was not what I expected. It turns out this is a Mexican-Indian fusion restaurant, which is an interesting mix. The food overall was hit or miss. My butter chicken burrito was delicious, but my wife's Mexican fajita was not so yummy. There was only one other table and our food took quite a while to arrive, but the ambiance was great.
