Quick and healthy lunch and dinner spot, where you build your own bibimbap! Lots of choices and a great bar, too!

Great work lunch spot. Hearty, flavourful food worth a spicy kick. Chipotle for people who want more than a carb dump.

The food I get from here is always fresh and healthy! They've got a lot of choices you can have. It looks like every ingredient is delivered every morning!:) love this place and wish I could give more stars than 5!

Food was great and the wait was short on a Tuesday around 11:30am. Portion sizes are decent for the price. Similar to a Chipotle or Subway style set up. Choose a base(rice or greens), protein, and 5 veggies. Top it off with sauces (i recommend the spicy mayo). I can't wait to go again to try more combinations!

Brown Rice Korean Grill seems to be on a one-restaurant mission to cure the American obesity epidemic. Not by serving healthy food—which they do, but by limiting how much food they actually serve you. I think they would use tweezers and count each individual green bean they serve you if the optics wouldn't be so bad. The food is great, but when you choose your veggies, they use these tiny tongs to pick them up and place them into your bowl. And if they inadvertently place too much they go back in with the tongs and remove some of the veggies to place them back from whence they came. It's as if they are constantly running the numbers of how much each individual slice of carrot costs them. Every time I eat here I know I'm going to feel like I'm somehow being nickel and dimed, but I return again and again because it's a good healthy option and the staff is friendly. I just wish I couldn't count the individual ingredients on two hands.
