(August 14, 2018, 1:16 pm)Sofi's is easily the best crêperie in Baltimore. What that's ultimately saying I leave as an exercise to the reader. It's a small place, and service can be a little slow only because they can only make 2 crepes at a time. Plan ahead if you're going to a movie at The Charles. Crepe quality is also often sensitive to the crepe engineer on duty. One last thing: replace the caramel on any crepe with the house
-made butterscotch; thank me later.
