(April 8, 2021, 4:36 pm)I have never tasted baba ganoush this delicious. Guessing they cook the eggplant in a wood fired oven as it has a wood smoke essence. I'm thinking that this food is very close to what it would be like if it were 'home made' by someone who is a great cook. Prices are very reasonable for the quality.
