Turp's Sports Bar & Restaurant

In town for a show at the Modell Lyric and stopped in for an early dinner before the show. We came here because of good reviews and we were not disappointed. Jerell was a very pleasant and attentive bartender and the food was delicious. Hugh portions for extremely reasonable price. The tomato crab bisque soup is a must, 10 out of 10. I will absolutely be back!

Awesome place to stop for a hangout or just for a beer and meal. Very good prices(how do they stay open???) TVs at your booth and everywhere in betwn. The service was top notch. I had the Tomato crab bisque which was the cheapest and yet the best I've ever had. Large enough that I couldn't finish the also delicious Monte Cristo sammi.

I frequent this spot. Good location n nice price to quality ratio. I Love the Tuesday pizza n wednesday burger 1/2 price specials. They r usually quite fast and delicious and the staff is very pleasant. Tuesday is trivia night so be prepared for that. It can be busy.

Sports bar with excellent food. Service was prompt and friendly. I apologize for forgetting to photograph the food, but I assure you that the presentation of the dishes was good, but not pretentious.

I had a very good tomato bisque soup with lump crab meat. My sister-in-law had lump crab cake which, she assured me, was excellent. I had a a very good veggie wrap with a side of of delightfully spiced stingy onion rings. I wish every place that serves onion rings would come to this place and make their onion rings the way Turps makes them.

My wife had a Bistro Salad that had apples and pine nuts in addition to the usual salad ingredients. She enjoyed it.
