Dashi Ramen

I wanted to let you know if you are ever in the Baltimore Area, make it a priority to come and eat here. Even before I order my food, I had a chance to witness so many people eating food from this place. The staff was amazing and the service was unparalleled. They took their time to explain the entire menu. I ordered the Spicy Red Miso and the Karaage Wings were also to die for. Scott, Pink and Edison were amazing. Ask for them when you arrive

Wow, some of the best Ramen I've ever had. The House Smoked Tonkotsu was top 5 all time. Was not spicy tho. I asked and they gave me sriracha on the side, which was fine, but not the same as cooked spicy broth.
Would love to try their other specialty bowls.
Plus, I ordered an extra egg. I think to them this means extra "half" an egg. Will clarify next time.

Great fast ramen. The spicy is admirably spicy (esp the Devil broth). Nice addition to FedHill

Very delicious from scratch yet quick and personable service. Never disappointed. Go with my baby and they always bring it to my table. Delicious ramen, dumplings, and handmade lemonade!
