Food is superb. However I live close to the Hampden locations and I do not see stock delivery people wearing masks when unloading trucks in the alley. Come on people mask up and Ekiben owners should look into this
Best restaurant in Baltimore, hands down. Now they have a second tofu dish, MAPO TOFU! Vegetarians rejoice! We hadn’t gotten sick of the tofu brah bun and other veggies sides yet, even ordering from Ekiben regularly, but thanks for the MAPO TOFU ekiben!
(My meat eating pals speak well of the other dishes too!)
The food is amazing. We went 2 out our 3 days in Baltimore because it's that good. Not a five star cause they got our orders wrong, but this place is easily one of the best Asian restaurants I've been to. Original Asian food and Asian comfort food at it's finest
Every aspect of the food was incredible. The broccoli side was very good (the Chinese sausage is a must add). We also tried the tackle box bowl and the spicy neighborhood bird bowl. My family and I will definitely be coming back.
What can you expect but excellence? Its just as wonderful as the OG spot. Larger interior by a little but its got bonus points for being back in the alley. Finally tried the tempura broccoli and cucumber salad, excellent.
