Rusty Scupper Restaurant & Bar

I went at brunch / lunch time. The staff was very attentive and the food was excellent. It was my first time in Baltimore and I got a very good impression of the crab cakes. Like other reviewers mentioned, the food here is little pricey but considering location and view, it's worth for birthday or anniversary celebrations. No music on Saturday night.

Never a bad meal. You get what you pay for here. The waterfront view and quality of the meal is always worth it. Every time I come to Baltimore I try to eat here. The steak, lobster, and mashed potatoes were perfectly made. Same with the crab cakes, my girlfriend still talks about them months later. I doubt I’ll find a more consistent restaurant in Baltimore. I’ll be back!

Rusty Scupper is one of my favorite Baltimore restaurants. I come here very often because their food, especially the sea food, is top notch. The amazing water front views, combined with the dim indoor lighting gives a very romantic and intimate feel to the restaurant. The acoustics are also very impressive, as it never gets too noisy, but just loud enough for you to know you aren’t the only one in the restaurant.

Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, wide wine list and wonderful desserts. I would recommend this place to everyone!

They also offer an amazing all you can eat, all you can drink brunch as well that I feel everyone must try.

My friends and I had celebrated post Birthday get together over Sunday Brunch. We couldn't have chosen a perfect Sundays on October to dine at balcony. It was such a beautiful day. Food was very tasty, service was great and the view was out of this world.

The crab cakes are a must order here, but there are plenty of other tasty options on the menu. I really enjoyed the rockfish and calamari, as well as the bread with dip. Service was great and the views are awesome. The water taxi also drops off here, which is both convenient and fun if you want a boat ride with your meal.
