“On August 14th, I officiated a wedding at this stunning restaurant. The main room is decorated in classic New Orleans' Belle Époque Style. Vintage chandeliers, handsome artwork, and every Bride's dream staircase. The Buffet Dinner was exceptional with a southern feel. I really liked the spicy Gumbo. The staff was friendly and professional. The Owner Max was very accommodating.”

“Lived in Baltimore 9 months now and have tried many a crab cake in search of the best one. I have to say their broiled crab cake may win the prize so far. “i have mixed feelings. The staff are awesome and provided top quality service and interactions, there's a good energy and lots to do outside. The Bamboozled tasted like a margarita, instead of a mule. The stampede hit the notes to enhance the drink without overpowering it with sweetness. The food is so-so, which really is disappointing considering the prices. The cheese sauce with the Pretzel Monkey Bread was too thick and solidifies quickly so it's not really a dip, you have to use your knife to make it a spread instead. i really didn't enjoy the consistency of the pretzel bread either. The Fried Calamari was nice, i wish it was fresh jalapeno instead of pickled, but it went well when you got the calamari+jalapeno+marinara in one bite. If you didn't combine all 3 items into each bite, it wasn't so nice.”

“This was my first time here. The staff was helpful, friendly, attentive and all around wonderful. The food was phenomenal. I got the Cap'n crunch French toast and the sweet baby Jesus. They were fantastic. My favorite was the Sweet Baby Jesus. Best thing I've ever tasted. I will 100% come back and I would recommend this place to everyone.”

“We enjoyed a pleasant outdoor dining experience. But let me cut to the chase. YOU MUST MUST MUST try the shrimp and grits if you come for brunch. Yes, I know, everybody offers shrimp and grits nowadays. But let me explain something to you. The grits are not just normal grits. The texture, flavor, and overall look is splendid. And the grits do not overwhelm the shrimp by any stretch. Further, the shrimp actually has size to it, tail and all. Thirdly, the sauce. What in the world was that? Splendidly gorgeously beautifully delicious. I don't even have a description for it except to say that it is flavorful and unlike anything I've tried in this context before. Other than that, another five stars for the skillet cornbread with honey on top. You actually don't even need the butter. And though I am an adult, I drank the Shirley Temple. Which was exceptional. The only reason this experience got four stars instead of five is the fried oyster. But it's probably not their fault, I was just giving oyster a new chance to court my palate and it continued to taste what, to me, is what oysters taste like. Absolutely and positively nothing. Anyway, savor this place! It was nice.”

“Nice location and ambience with good selection of drinks on the menu. For some odd reason they were out a lot of things including certain food items and drinks. I had the crab dip which was mediocre and the bagel chips were burnt. I also ordered the nachos which seemed to be burnt as well. The experience today wasn't the best however it was a nice day so I'll chalk up the mediocrity experience to the fact that it was a nice day and probably busy. A 3 star experience but the location helps raise it to another level.”
