Up on Market Cafe

Went in for breakfast during the soft atmosplaunch.Fantastic here and incredible food. All the pastries are made fresh daily and with high quality ingredients. Best eclair I've had in years! Will definitely be back.

The food was great! We went before going to the Weinberg for a movie to grab a quick bite. The atmosphere is fantastic, very Venice Cafe'. Try the Manhattan, it is an old family recipe (according to Francis). We will definitely go again. I didn't give it 5 stars because our food was not hot when it was brought out, we talked with David (the General Manager) about it and he was very appreciative for the feed back. All in all a very good experience for a soft open. A few small kinks to work out, but we will definitely go again! If you like mushroom soup, definitely try it.

The owners of this place were very nice; the building is beautifully remodeled. The food is delicious and so are the pastries.

This is a cool little restaurant. From what I understand there was extensive renovation that took place to get it looking to way that it does.
Play largest complaint was for the price we paid the portion size was absolutely tiny. I understand it the wanna be a finger food shop the don't charge me $10 for something I can eat and 4 bytes. The potato chips are homemade and were very good but you paid for them rather than being a side to your sandwich. Even a cup of coffee was tiny. If you have lots of money and want good food in are not really hungry, this is a good place to go.

Got the mussels for an appetizer, a Cabernet for drinking, the fillet mignon w potatoes and a blue cheese sauce and creamed spinach as a side. Followed by some desert from the bakery area at the front of the restaurant and a cappuccino afterwards. Everything was impeccable. I loved it; can’t wait to go back.
