“We come to Deep Creek twice a year and always make it a point to stop here to eat. Their steak is steak is pretty great and their peppercorn brandy steak sauce brings it to the next level. Their lobster boat is always great as well, probably one of my favorite dishes I've ever had. It got to the point where Pine Lodge became one of my favorite restaurants because of it. Service is always solid too. That was the good. The bad is that the last couple times I have came here, they had no lobster, which is the reason I come here. I always have to send my steak back because it's undercooked. And they are so expensive. Regardless, we will be back, because our only other options are unremarkable pizza or Burger King.”

“Let me start by saying Canoe on the Run is one of my favorite restaurants in Deep Creek. They have a great, well-rounded menu to choose from along with an extensive daily specials board. The reason why I am giving this review only 3 stars is because today and many times before, I have had to wait an hour or more for 2 café sandwiches and a cup of soup. I understand when large parties walk in just before a me, that there will be an expected wait but today was a little excessive. Again, the food is GREAT! I highly suggest checking it out.”

“Clean room and comfy bed. A/C worked fine without any noise. The shower head was great! They are in the process of remodeling and it sure needs it. Buckets in the lobby to catch water leaks from the roof. Pool closed and green/black water in it. Parking lot needs attention as well. I heard that Hilton is taking over for the improvements so I guess the price will go up. The staff was very nice. The new manager has been on the job a few weeks and is trying to make things better but this hotel needs a lot. Breakfast was OK and being there on a Wednesday was not crowded at all. Wishing them luck.”

“This place is a lot of fun. They offer BYOB and if you bring a kid the adult plays for free. Four our crew it is a great way to kill an hour having fun playing games. We like playing alien and this cheesie clown game. Since play is unlimited we can shoot stuff up together. The have a ton of pinball games too. It nice to do it together.”

“I'm giving this 5 stars easily because once I was seated. I had someone started signing ASL to me I was quite surprised and very impressed. She was letting me know that my server will be coming shortly. Employees like that are the reasons I feel more comfortable. The food is amazing certainly always a wonderful selection of beer.”
